Bye, Bye March!

Don't we look professional?! ;) This picture is from our presentation at the American College Personnel Association (ACPA) Annual Conference a few weeks ago. Those conferences, presentations, and job interviews were just a few of the hurdles that came along with March 2006 in my life. It's a month that I've dreaded for over a year, but I'm happy to report that I survived! The final hurdle of the month was last Friday when I took my comprehensive exams. After sitting in front of a computer for more than 4 hours and producing all the knowledge I've gained over two years, I completed the exam that determines whether or not I earn a graduate degree. I felt like I'd been hit by a train afterward, but it's good to be done! Only one month of classes left until graduation. :) So, with all that said - I welcome the arrival of April with joy! I look forward to spending more time with my neglected, yet incredibly supportive and amazing fiance in the months to come!!
