California Sunshine

One of the great perks of my job is the opportunity to travel around the country to attend conferences, connect with colleagues, and learn more about leadership development. This time around it meant the convenient opportunity to spend a few November days with friends in the California sunshine! I got the best of all worlds - a couple of nerdy days attending fantastic conference workshops, the chance to connect with old friends from Miami, an evening in Santa Monica with Natalie, and a day in Thousand Oaks and Malibu with Jeff & Cindy.
It was a short, but fun time in LA. Oh, how I loved that warm air (particularly since we've been in a bit of a cold snap in NC)!
